Do I need a lease guarantor?
Yes, lease guarantors are required.

We offer 12-month leases.

The 1st with a grace period through the 3rd.
How can I pay my rent?
E-check, credit card, Cashiers check, money gram.
Are utilities included?
Water and electricity are separate.
Are the apartments furnished? What is included?
Yes. Full size bed frame and mattress, dresser, nightstand, desk and desk chair. In the common area sofa, couch, barstools, coffee table, side table, and tv stand.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes. Matching is done based on the roommate profiles completed during the application.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes. $100,000 personal liability and $10,000 personal property.
Do you have free internet/WiFi?
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Do you have cable?
Cable is included with premium channels.
What is the parking situation?
Street parking is free and available to residents and guests. A covered parking garage is available for $30 a month to residents.
